The 23rd and 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Dutch-Bangla Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DBCCI) was held on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 7pm at Lakeshore Grand Hotel, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
The Chairman of the DBCCI Election Board, Mr. KH. Shahidul Islam declares the new Board of Directors of DBCCI for the year 2025-27 as per the election result held on 11th January 2025.
DBCCI election for the Office Bearer and the Board of Director has been held on Saturday, the 18th January 2025 at the chamber office in Dhaka. Mr. Md. Shakawat Hossain Mamun, Additional Managing Director of Provati Insurance Company Ltd. (Bhaiya Group of Industries) elected as a President of Dutch-Bangla Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DBCCI) for the year 2025-27.
Where Dr. Muhammad Risalat Siddique, The Man of Steel (Chairman), Analyzen Bangladesh Ltd. elected as the Secretary General of DBCCI. Simultaneously, Dr. Risalat is serving as the Deputy Executive Director for renowned NGO Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra and as the Director and CEO of Kranti Group.
Mr. Md. Shakawat Hossain Mamun is the Vice Chairman of Bhaiya Group of Industries. He is also the Chairman of Natural Rice Bran Oil ltd., Sigma Systems Ltd. Bhaiya Apparels ltd., Opal Holdings Company ltd., Desh Fiber ltd., Natural Beverage Ltd., and the Managing Director of Pacific Consumer Goods Ltd., HAC Securities ltd., Additional Managing Director of Provati Insurance Company ltd.
Mr. Mamun is engaged in the various business chambers and associations. He is the Member, Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Service (BASIS), E-commerce Association, Bangladesh (e-cab), Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industries (DCCI), Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCCI), India Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Cumilla Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Co-Chairman, Skill Development Standing Committee, FBCCI.
He has a lots of contribution to the social organizations and clubs.
